coriander
At Fresh Organics, we cultivate coriander (also known as cilantro) in Uganda’s fertile soils, ensuring every batch bursts with aromatic flavor. Gently harvested before flowering, our coriander leaves and stems retain their bright color and distinctive, citrusy aroma.
Moreover, coriander is not only prized for its taste but also for its nutritional benefits. It’s rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and dietary fiber, which support digestion and overall well‑being. Because we use sustainable, chemical‑free practices, you can trust that our coriander is as healthy as it is delicious.
In addition, this versatile herb shines in countless dishes—from fresh salsas and salads to soups and marinades. Whether you finely chop it into a vibrant garnish or blend it into a cooling chutney, coriander elevates flavors with minimal effort.
Furthermore, growing coriander requires attention to soil and climate. Seeds germinate best in light shade with well‑drained, nutrient‑rich soil. Typically, coriander matures in about 60–70 days, and you can harvest young leaves continuously by trimming outer stems Harvest Money.
